Mihaana is inviting energetic Distribution Partners in Bengaluru to join us in delivering nature-inspired, Ayurvedic baby and personal care to every household. As an authorized distributor, you will serve as the exclusive supply backbone for retail outlets, baby stores, and pharmacy networks in your designated territory.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Maintenance: Maintain adequate safety stock of Mihaana’s complete product catalog to meet local retail demand.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Ensure timely order picking, packing, and same-day/next-day delivery to retailers across the assigned zone in Bengaluru.
Credit & Collection Management: Manage market credit terms with retailers, invoice generation, and timely payment collection.
Market Expansion Support: Partner with Mihaana’s local sales team to onboard new retail outlets and execute trade marketing displays.
Business Background: Established FMCG, cosmetics, OTC pharmaceutical, or baby care distribution business in Bengaluru with active retail reach.
Infrastructure:
Clean, dry, and hygienic warehouse/godown space (minimum 300–500 sq. ft.) suitable for skincare and baby products.
Local delivery vehicles (two-wheelers/three-wheelers/small commercial vans) and delivery personnel.
Financial Capability: Investment capacity for initial stock purchase and working capital (typically ₹8 Lakhs – ₹15 Lakhs depending on the assigned territory size).
Compliance: Valid GST registration, FSSAI/Cosmetic distribution license, and local municipal trade licenses.
