As a Sales Associate at Mihaana, you will be the face of our brand in retail outlets, organic stores, pharmacy chains, and baby care shops across Bengaluru. You will educate store owners and end customers on our natural, Ayurvedic-inspired personal care and baby care range, driving daily sales growth and establishing a warm, trust-filled brand presence.

• Retail Outlet Coverage: Daily visits to assigned retail outlets, pharmacies, maternity/baby stores, and organic shops across assigned Bengaluru territories.

• Product Education & Demos: Educate store managers and counter staff on the benefits, ingredients, and safety profile of Mihaana’s Ayurvedic care range (from newborns to adults).

• Order Generation: Secure orders from retailers to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stock-outs.

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure prominent shelf display, cleanliness, and visibility of Mihaana products at retail locations.

• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily call reports, sales figures, and market feedback using mobile reporting tools.

• Target: Ensure monthly targets and payments from the retail locations.

• Education: 10+2 / Higher Secondary pass; Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a plus.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, Skincare, Cosmetics, or Baby Care in Bengaluru.

• Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory, along with workable knowledge of English or Hindi.

• Key Skills: Friendly personality, persuasive communication, local geography knowledge, and a strong work ethic.

• Vehicle Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license for local territory movement.
