BONC Network is a B2B networking platform, We are looking for an ambitious UI/UX Design Intern who is eager to master Figma and learn how to design scalable, real-world B2B software products for both Web and Mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Mobile Interface Design: Create clean, modern, and responsive UI screens for both web dashboards and mobile applications (iOS/Android) in Figma.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Design low-fidelity wireframing layouts and build interactive, clickable prototypes in Figma to simulate end-to-end user journeys.
Design Systems & Assets: Utilize and contribute to design systems, maintaining component libraries (auto-layout, variants, typography, and color tokens) for scale and consistency.
User Experience & Flows: Map out intuitive user flows, navigation structures, and wireframes to reduce friction in multi-step platform processes.
Developer Hand-Off: Organize Figma files clearly with spec details, screen states (hover, active, disabled), and assets to hand off smoothly to engineering teams.
Design Iteration: Gather internal feedback and refine existing web and mobile screens to improve usability and visual appeal.
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design (B.Des / M.Des), Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio experience).
Figma Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of Figma features (Auto-Layout 5.0+, Component Variants, Interactive Components, Design Tokens).
Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio/Behance/Dribbble link demonstrating at least 2–3 UI/UX projects (mobile app screens, web application designs, or interactive prototypes).
Platform Understanding: Solid grasp of responsive web design principles and mobile design guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines & Google Material Design).
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Monthly Performance Allowance: Performance-linked stipend for hosting successful workshops and growing community engagement metrics.
Certificate of Leadership & Letter of Recommendation: Official recognition from the executive team detailing project contributions and platform evangelism achievements.
Executive Mentorship: Direct access to founders and lead engineers to gain insights into platform architecture, product-led growth, and B2B strategy.
Career Pathways: Priority access for full-time technical and product management roles upon graduation for top-performing ambassadors.
Network Access: Strategic exposure to institutional incubators, corporate vendors, and technology leaders across regional IT parks.
