Description
Dual Shield 9000‑B3 is a gas‑shielded flux‑cored welding wire engineered for high‑strength welds on chromium‑molybdenum steels (2.25% Cr – 1% Mo). It’s designed for all‑position welding and works well in both single and multiple pass applications. The weld metal chemistry gives strength and toughness similar to E9018‑B3 low hydrogen electrodes, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications where creep resistance and durability are required. This wire is used with shielding gas (100% CO₂ or 75% Ar/25% CO₂), improving arc stability and weld quality.
